At Isaac Construction, we don't just build roads – we pave the way to a better future. Established on the foundation of integrity, environmental stewardship, and a commitment to excellence, our journey began in 1946 when our founders, Sir Neil and Lady Diana Isaac, embarked on building irrigation systems in the remote landscapes of India. This passion for impactful work that harmonizes with the environment has driven us from our origins to become a leading group of companies dedicated to delivering exceptional civil construction solutions across the South Island of New Zealand.

Who We Are: Our legacy of marrying construction expertise with environmental consciousness remains the cornerstone of our success. Comprising a consortium of companies united by a common goal of client satisfaction, we boast unparalleled experience across diverse civil construction domains. Our accomplishments span projects of varying scales, all made possible by the dedication of our skilled and passionate teams.

The Opportunity: Over the last few years, we have developed and grown our Traffic Management department, we have relocated existing team members to support this growth. We are now looking for a Qualified Traffic Management Designer to join our team based in Christchurch, to support clients, councils, and projects throughout the South Island.

What We Seek: A Qualified TMP Designer with experience creating functioning systems and communication flow, with a strong track record of ensuring work is turned around quickly and accurately.
