This work includes installing new wastewater and stormwater pipes, improving walking and cycling connections, as well as reconstructing road surfaces and footpaths.

This project will be delivered across multiple zones, with work taking place on Matsons Avenue, Harewood Road and Chapel Street at the same time to reduce the overall construction duration.
