Our staff will be on site from 7am -7pm daily, Monday – Friday. We will also work some Saturdays. We will send an update via text message if we are working on a Saturday.

At times. Some tasks will require that we work later than 7pm and start earlier than 7am. Occasionally, we may also have to work through the night to prevent traffic coming to a standstill. If we have to work at nighttime, we will be in touch.
Yes, we are going to hold a drop-in once a month. These will be less formal than our meet the contractor. They are a chance to catch up, have a chat and ask any questions about our work. We will send more details about the next session in the coming weeks.

To keep a safe work environment, we need to temporarily remove on street parking on Matsons Avenue, Harewood Road, Chapel Street, Langdons Road and some side streets in the work areas. Throughout the project we will aim to return some on street parking wherever possible.
We reached out to Christchurch North Community Patrol to help increase visibility and presence in the area during construction.
We will at time temporarily impact property access, but we will work with you to understand your access needs.
Yes. We will always maintain access for pedestrians to move around our site. At times, we will need to use temporary traffic management to create a safe, alternative pathway while we upgrade the footpaths. Please follow the directions of staff and pay attention to any onsite signage.
We have met with Emergency Services to discuss the works and any impacts. Emergency access will be maintained at all times, and fire, ambulance, and police services will always be able to get to you if needed.
We will have to temporarily relocate some bus stops throughout our work. We will aim to keep any temporary bus stops at a consistent location as much as possible to avoid confusion for bus patrons.
