Civil Contractors New Zealand Conference 2018

Civil Contractors New Zealand Conference 2018

Isaac Construction Ltd was well represented at the annual CCNZ Conference held this year in Hamilton, with nominations in all three Awards categories.

Congratulations to our Construction Manager Quintin Rolston was the winner or the Emerging Leader Award and also to Rafe Bjork who was the runner-up in the Training and Development Award.

The company also won the Connexis Company Training Development Award in the “Turnover of $10m – $100m” category.  This Award is a testament to all the staff who have either completed or are currently undergoing studies with Connexis and is a result of all their hard work and commitment - so congratulations to all.  A special thank you to our own Glenda Hamilton and also Emma Feathery from Connexis for their time and patience to ensure all our trainees are focused, kept on track and engaged.

Other notable mentions were two of our construction projects headed up by Liam Cai and Sean Walsh.  The NZTA Waiau Ferry Bluff Safety Barrier Project and the CCC- Riccarton Bush Cycleway Project were finalists in the “Projects less than $5 million” Category 1B.   Everyone involved in these projects should all be very proud of what you have accomplished and the recognition achieved.
