We collect your personal information in order to:
- Keep stakeholders (you) who are impacted by our work informed on all aspects of that work
- Provide support to our client(s) in communicating future activities
Besides our staff, we share this information with:
- Our client (eg Nelson City Council) in order to escalate and/or resolve any concerns and support the stakeholder (you) with getting answers to any questions pertaining to the work
- Contractors in order to communicate any work that may directly impact you, or if requested by you
- Our communications platform monday.com in order to manage bulk communications to affected parties

Providing your information is optional. If you choose not to enter your contact information, we'll be unable to let you know in advance of changes to work programmes, site access or project updates. This may also limit our capacity to support you in raising your concerns internally, or with our client.
We keep your information secure by storing it primarily in Monday.com and other internal work systems as needed for business operations (such as our messaging platforms and SharePoint). Access is limited to staff members who require it for legitimate business purposes. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information across all our systems.
We keep your information for the duration of the project and its maintenance period, unless you have explicitly agreed that we may keep this information longer. At the end of a maintenance period we securely destroy it by securely erasing the digital information collected.
