On behalf of Christchurch City Council, we’re installing peak-time bus lanes in both directions along Lincoln Road between Wrights Road and Annex Road. To reduce disruption, we're combining this with underground infrastructure upgrades.

Works include the undergrounding of power and communications networks, removal of overhead poles and upgrading of sewer, water and stormwater infrastructure along Lincoln Road. Sewer upgrades will extend to Curletts Road.

Investigation works will begin on June 8. Main construction will begin in approximately mid-June, following the completion of investigation works.
