Our team will have a presence on site from 8 June 2026 and is expected to complete works by mid 2027.
There may be temporary disruptions to driveways within the work area. Please contact Jamie on 027 314 5534 if you have any specific access requirements.
If you need assistance entering or exiting your property, please signal to a member of crew or call the above number.
If we need to interrupt your driveway access for an extended period, we will notify affected residents in advance via e-text, letter drop, and door knocking.
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the work area at all times, although routes may change as works progress. Please follow all onsite signage and directions from staff.
This work will require several planned outages to electricity, water, and internet (at different times). If your property is affected, you will receive further notification from our team before this occurs.
At times, side roads may close temporarily. Detour routes will be in place. For the latest information, please see updates tab.
When open:
- Domain Terrace: left turn in and out only. Right hand turns will be restricted.
- Torrens Road: left turn in and out only. Right hand turns will be restricted.
- Sylvan Street: left turn in and out for majority of the project.
- Annex Road: left and right turn in, and left turn out only. At times, right turns into Annex Road from Lincoln Road may be restricted. When this occurs, Sylvan Street will temporarily allow right turns in.
Properties along Lincoln Road will be left turn in and out only. Right hand turns will be restricted.
Bus stops within the work area may temporarily move or close as works progress. Where this occurs, signage and detour maps to the nearest bus stop will be provided.
