While collating content from our last internal newsletter of the year, we’ve taken time to look back at the success of our people in 2025. With 49 qualifications completed so far, we are on track to finish the year with more than 50. That’s a strong lift from the 40 completed in 2024 and a great reflection of the effort our people are putting into their professional growth. A special shout-out goes to Bailey and George, who each completed three qualifications this year.
It is also encouraging to see continued momentum across the business, with 80 people currently working towards a qualification. Whether it is gaining new technical skills, advancing through Civil Trades, or building capability through industry-recognised programmes, every qualification adds strength to our teams and to the wider Isaac Group.
