We are privileged to officially welcome Liddell Contracting to the Isaac Group, as a division of Isaac Construction, effective from 1 December 2020.
Liddell was established in 1992 and is one of the South Island's most diverse Contractors; supporting industrial, commercial and government clients nationally. Based in Greymouth, Liddell Contracting employs a team of approximately 25 skilled staff with divisions in Engineering, Crane Hire, Civil Construction as well as Blasting and Coating.
Liddell's built its reputation on innovation, and enjoys meeting challenges and providing solutions for the complicated problems faced in our industry. They are passionate about design and build projects and have a rich history of undertaking unique and challenging projects - both technically and geographically.
Graham and Anna Liddell will be continuing on with leading the business into the future, with the support and leadership of Rob Kinney from an Isaac Group perspective.
Graham Liddell brings over 30 years' practical experience in both civil and general engineering, and embodies the Liddell motto "meeting challenges, providing solutions". Over Graham's 30 years in the construction industry, he has been involved in the design and build of various complex projects; which include piling in and around water, building and repairing of timber, concrete and steel structure bridges, as well as wharf extensions and upgrades.
Anna Liddell started her career in 2004 as a mechanical engineer apprentice in the workshop. As opportunities arose, Anna's role diversified, and she moved to the civil division using her talents for organisation, people management and planning. Anna has played an integral role in Liddell Contracting as Operations Manager since 2008.
2021 sees the Liddell team in a strong position with several large and complex projects secured to keep the team busy.
Isaac is proud to now officially have a permanent presence on the West Coast, though our alignment with Liddell, after many years of links to the region through various standalone projects. We are looking forward to supporting and investing in the local people, local businesses and the wider community now and into the future.
