It was a nervous sleep a couple of nights before as the weather did not look very favourable, however to much delight the sun beamed through the dark clouds and it turned out to be a great day for planting. There was a lot of banter and laughs that got everyone through day and we were treated to a lovely BBQ lunch.
It was a good cause to be involved, however there were a lot sore bodies afterwards too. Thank you to all the Isaac volunteers, Kirsty and Jess from the Crusaders management team and Catherine from the Isaac Wildlife & Conservation Trust.
