Isaac Construction recently upgraded a new piece of road in front of Ravensdown’s Christchurch Branch main office. The old road has been heavily used by fertiliser trucks, office members, and other daily operational work during the last 30+ years. The work scope for this project included the upgrade of the underground stormwater systems, new concrete footpath and trafficable ramps, kerb and channel, raising the road base course level and new asphalt surface. The construction period was between early May to mid-June 2021.
Isaac Construction has done an excellent job keeping Ravensdown up to date with the works and minimising the interruption between construction works with Ravensdown’s daily business. We were working during the weekdays and some of the weekends to deliver the job within the construction programme. More importantly, good relationships have been built between Ravensdown’s staff members and ICL’s crew members.
Overall, the project was completed to high-quality standards and attention to detail. We hope Ravensdown staff members enjoy the work we have done.
