We kicked off the official start-back for most of our staff yesterday with a breakfast BBQ, where we shared some exciting news for our Christchurch branch. We have officially achieved Accredited Partner Status with MATES in Construction NZ.
This milestone was celebrated alongside Price from MATES and reflects a huge team effort. We reached the benchmark by having:
- 80 percent of the Christchurch team complete General Awareness Training
- One in 20 team members trained at Connector level
- ASSIST-trained support within the team
This is a strong step forward in supporting mental health and wellbeing on site and across our teams. A big thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this happen — a result well worth celebrating.
