Like any construction company, our shop window is the projects that we are involved in. From the initial planning to the final handover our work is very visible, ensuring that everything we do is in keeping with our values. We are very proud of the work we are doing, some of which is listed below.
This award winning project involved significant upgrades to three waters services, utilities, pavements and streetscape works through George Street, spanning four city blocks, side streets and upgrades of five intersections.
This project was a complete contractor-led Design and Build project to create an underpass across SH1. Works included a temporary bypass for SH1 to enable an accelerated work programme.
The Dunedin City Council required renewal wastewater works at the base of the road bridge under the Water of the Leith in Malvern Street, Dunedin. This complex project relied on expertise to repair and reinstate the waterways and maintain the natural state and ecology of water in The Leith, an important habitat for aquatic wildlife that also aligns with our purpose, being the only construction group owned by a trust dedicated to the conservation and protection of wildlife and heritage.
As part of a larger ongoing Landscape improvement project, the University of Otago's vision to provide continuity and slip resistance of the paved pedestrian routes provides more logical and direct wayfinding. It enhances the aesthetics of one of the iconic landmarks of Dunedin city.
The Peninsula Connection was a road widening, pedestrian, cyclist, and safety improvements project undertaken across 26km of the Dunedin Peninsula between Portsmouth Drive and the Royal Albatross Centre Dunedin Harbour Mouth.
