Like any construction company, our shop window is the projects that we are involved in. From the initial planning to the final handover our work is very visible, ensuring that everything we do is in keeping with our values. We are very proud of the work we are doing, some of which is listed below.
The Bundle 6 project was a technically complex undertaking, part of a series of emergency works funded by NZTA Waka Kotahi and Buller District Council. These works addressed severe flood damage across the Buller region caused by the July 2021 and February 2022 flooding events.
Bridge 16, situated on the Midland Line, has undergone essential upgrades to secure its structural integrity and operational reliability for years to come.
This award winning project involved significant upgrades to three waters services, utilities, pavements and streetscape works through George Street, spanning four city blocks, side streets and upgrades of five intersections.
This project was a complete contractor-led Design and Build project to create an underpass across SH1. Works included a temporary bypass for SH1 to enable an accelerated work programme.
This award winning project involved installing 7.5km of new cable through some of Christchurch’s busiest roads and intersections. Working through residential and business areas required extensive stakeholder engagement to manage the high impacts of the long-term construction.
Bridge 52, located across Goat Creek in Otira on the West Coast, underwent a comprehensive rail beam replacement project as part of KiwiRail's structural upgrade initiative.
Rolleston Town Centre Transport and Infrastructure Stage 1, 2 & Youth Zone
Rolleston Town Centre
Continuing from the successful delivery of Stage 1, Isaac’s were awarded Stage 2 development and expansion of Rolleston Town Centre. Stage 2 development included the creation of Christensen Parade (from Moore Street heading south), the renovation of the existing community centre car park, the creation of car park 3 to service the new development and the construction of a temporary road while future development continues.
Lincoln Road Roading & Watermain Renewal Stage 1 (Barrington Street – Moorhouse Avenue

The project involved the construction of new bus lanes on Lincoln Road between Moorhouse Avenue and Lincoln/ Barrington/ Whiteleigh intersection as part of Christchurch City Council’s initiative to improve bus journey times between Halswell and the city centre.
This project's contract works involved removing existing ageing timber circa 1900s rail beams and existing sleepers, replacing them with new steel rail beam trusses and new sleepers along the 222m long Taramakau River Rail Bridge (Bridge 13) on the Hokitika Line between Greymouth and Hokitika.
