Overview:

The 215 Marshlands Road project was for constructing a new traffic signal intersection for a new development next to Homebase on Marshlands Road. This project included the construction of 300m² of roading pavement, 500m of new kerb and channel, various drainage items, traffic signal works, a new watermain connection from the property, and minor earthworks.

The scope of work included:

• Traffic management on a high-volume traffic road
• 2,000m2 of AC resurfacing of Marshlands Road
• Line Marking
• Installation of the traffic signals and service ducting
• 400m of new kerb and channel
• Service trenching for new services
• Installation of new streetlights
• · Completion and commissioning of the new watermain connection
• Installation of new stormwater infrastructure for the new intersection and kerb lines.
